Scam Warning

Impersonators have created emails, instant messages, text messages, and presence on social media, falsely claiming to be from personnel at Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc. (together with its affiliates, “Greenidge Generation”). These emails and messages are financial scams or phishing scams and have taken several forms, including:

• Details about investment opportunities in cryptocurrencies and/or bitcoin mining, with the target of the fraud asked to send money and/or cryptocurrencies.
• Links to fake webpages, mimicking Greenidge Generation’s website and designed to steal usernames and passwords.

Greenidge Generation, our affiliates, and our employees have no involvement in these or any other scams. Names of our personnel are being used without our authorization.
